For three years, the Culinary Institute of Africa has been setting the standard for excellence in professional culinary education.

All academic programs are offered at our Lokichoggio premises, although special courses may be arranged at other locations.

During its years in operation, Culinary Institute graduates have been placed at various hospitality establishments in Kenya and elsewhere in East Africa.

Recognition

As a part of AfexGroup, the Culinary Institute is responsible not only for offering its students a five star experience to its students, but also for assisting in providing an exceptional hospitality services to AfexGroup’s international clients.

The Culinary Institute is recognized under the Kenya Ministry of Science and Technology.

Facilities

-          The Culinary Institute is headquartered in Lokichoggio, Kenya, however the school uses AfexGroup infrastructure in various locations to provide the school’s campus, thus minimizing overhead costs and allowing students to exposure to an international clientele.

-          Our primary focus is on all aspects of hygiene, and the school’s operations are also independently audited by SGS.
